A: Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. A restock fee will apply. No cancellations are allowed after the product has been shipped.

Q5: What if my order arrives damaged?
A: All orders are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery. Minor cosmetic imperfections (like slightly bent boxes from sourcing) are not considered damage and cannot be claimed. No replacements are provided after shipping.
