By shopping with ZapDrop, you agree to our policies and terms regarding the purchase of authentic Pokémon productsand order processing. Our goal is to provide collectors with 100% genuine, factory-sealed Pokémon items, while ensuring a smooth and transparent shopping experience for all customers.

All purchases are for authentic, factory-sealed Pokémon products. We do not offer replacements or refunds once the product has been shipped. Products are subject to availability at the time of ordering, and ZapDrop reserves the right to update stock information without prior notice.

If you wish to cancel an order, it must be requested within 24 hours of placing it. A restock fee will apply for all canceled orders. No cancellations or refunds are allowed after the product has been dispatched. Minor cosmetic imperfections from sourcing, such as slightly bent corners or boxes, are not considered defects and cannot be claimed.

By placing an order, you agree to comply with all rules and policies regarding order cancellations, returns, and refunds as outlined by ZapDrop.
